CROCHERI LLP (GSTIN 27AAVFC7089E1ZU) is the Data Fiduciary for personal data collected on https://crocheri.com. This notice is given under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, where still applicable, the Information Technology Act, 2000. We sell only in India. Using the Site or giving us data means you have read this Policy. English controls.

Account: mobile number (required), optional name and email, profile photo if you upload one. We do not collect date of birth. Addresses you save. Cart and wishlist on your account; a guest cart cookie for about 7 days. Order, payment metadata (not card numbers), GSTIN if you enter one, and invoices. Reviews and photos. Career applications and resumes if you apply. Device and usage data via Google Analytics and Google Ads. Support messages.

To create and secure your account (mobile OTP), take and fulfil orders, take payment, ship, handle cancel/return/refund, issue GST documents, prevent fraud, run the Site, measure ads, recruit if you apply, and send messages described below.

Sign-in OTP is sent by SMS (Twilio). Order and shipment updates are sent by WhatsApp and/or SMS as needed to perform the contract. If you leave items in a cart, we may send optional email or WhatsApp reminders. Those reminders are not required to complete a later purchase. You may ask us to stop promotional reminders at support@crocheri.com.

We use Razorpay and PayU (payments), Shiprocket (courier), Twilio (SMS), WhatsApp Business (order and optional cart messages), SendGrid (email), ImageKit (images and application files), Sentry (error logs, with secrets redacted), and Google Analytics / Google Ads. They may process data outside India. We remain responsible as Data Fiduciary.

We set HttpOnly access and refresh cookies for signed-in sessions, a client flag that you are signed in, and a guest-cart cookie (about 7 days). Analytics and ads cookies may be set by Google. Session length follows our authentication settings and is not a one-month promise.

Orders and GST records are kept as tax law requires (generally six years). Account data lasts while the account is open and for a reasonable period after. Career files are kept as needed for recruitment and compliance. You may ask deletion at support@crocheri.com or careers@crocheri.com (applications). We may refuse or delay erasure where tax, dispute, fraud, or law requires a keep.

Subject to the DPDP Act, you may request access, correction, erasure, and to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Write to the Grievance Officer. We respond to legitimate requests within a reasonable period, generally 30 days. You may also approach the Data Protection Board of India as that Act allows.

The Site is for persons 18 or older. We do not knowingly process children’s data. We do not verify age beyond OTP. We close accounts we reasonably believe belong to a child.

We acknowledge a consumer or data complaint within 48 hours of receipt and aim to redress it within one month (E-Commerce Rules, 2020).
