1. Shipping Policy
Shipping Costs & Delivery Timeline
We strive to deliver your handmade crochet products with care and efficiency. Please review our shipping policy below:
Shipping Charges
- Orders below ₹499: ₹70 shipping charges
- Orders ₹500 - ₹999: ₹20 shipping charges
- Orders above ₹1000: Free shipping
Delivery Timeline
Due to the handmade nature of our products, please allow:
- Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days
- Express Delivery: 3-5 business days (additional charges apply)
- Custom Orders: 7-14 business days (timeline specified at order)
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control including weather conditions, carrier delays, or remote locations.
2. Order Tracking & Support
Track Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS on your registered mobile number. You can track your order status:
- Through the tracking link sent to your mobile number
- Through your account's "Orders" section
- By contacting our customer support team
Important: We communicate order updates and tracking information exclusively via SMS to your registered mobile number. Please ensure your mobile number is correct and active.
Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date:
- Contact us immediately at support@crocheri.com
- Call us at +91-8097598395 (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST)
- Provide your order number for faster resolution
We will investigate and provide updates within 24 hours.
3. Returns Policy
Eligibility for Returns
Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our crochet products, we have a limited returns policy:
Products Eligible for Return:
- Damaged or defective items received
- Significant quality issues not matching product description
- Wrong item shipped (different from what was ordered)
Products Not Eligible for Return:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Items used, worn, or washed
- Products without original tags and packaging
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling
- Products purchased during sales or special promotions (unless defective)
Return Timeframe
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. After this period, returns will not be accepted.
4. Return Process
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:
- Log in to your account and go to "Orders"
- Select the order you wish to return
- Click "Return Item" and select the reason
- Submit the return request
Alternatively, you can contact our customer support team who will assist you with the return process.
Return Pickup & Processing
- Once return request is approved, we schedule pickup within 3-5 business days
- You will receive SMS notifications about pickup schedule
- Products must be in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact
- Return shipping costs are borne by Crocheri for eligible returns
Quality Check: All returned items undergo quality inspection. Refunds are processed only after successful inspection.
5. Exchanges
Size & Color Exchanges
We understand that sometimes sizes or colors may not meet expectations:
Eligible for Exchange:
- Size exchanges (subject to availability)
- Color exchanges for standard items (subject to availability)
Exchange Process:
- Initiate exchange request within 7 days of delivery
- We confirm availability of requested size/color
- If available, we arrange pickup and dispatch replacement
- If unavailable, we offer a refund
Note: Custom or made-to-order items cannot be exchanged unless defective.
6. Refunds
Refund Policy
We process refunds for eligible returns and cancellations as follows:
Refund Methods
- Prepaid Orders: Refund to original payment method
- Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer or UPI refund
Refund Timeline
- Order Cancellations: 2-3 business days
- Returns: 5-7 business days after quality check
- Bank Processing: Additional 2-3 business days may apply
Deductions
In case of non-defective returns, original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is free for eligible returns.
Communication: You will receive SMS notifications about refund status on your registered mobile number.
7. Cancellations
Order Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order under the following conditions:
Before Shipment:
- Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours of order placement
- Cancellation possible until order is marked "Shipped"
- Instant refund for prepaid orders
After Shipment:
- Cancellation not possible once order is shipped
- You may refuse delivery, and return process will be initiated
- Standard return policy applies for refused deliveries

Note: Crocheri reserves the right to cancel any order at any time due to unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.
8. Special Cases
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos/videos of the damage
- We arrange pickup and dispatch replacement immediately
- No questions asked replacement for genuine cases
Wrong Items Received
If you receive incorrect items:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
- We verify order details and arrange correct item dispatch
- Return shipping for wrong items is always free
Custom Orders
For custom or personalized crochet items:
- No returns or exchanges unless defective
- Detailed specifications are confirmed before production
- Production timeline is communicated upfront via SMS
