1. Shipping Areas & Coverage

Crocheri currently ships to all major cities and towns across India. We deliver to over 25,000+ pin codes nationwide.

  • Domestic Shipping: Available across all Indian states and union territories
  • International Shipping: Currently not available
  • Remote Areas: Some remote locations may have extended delivery timelines
  • Service Areas: Service availability subject to courier partner coverage

During checkout, you can enter your pin code to verify service availability in your area.

2. Shipping Charges

Our shipping charges are transparent and calculated based on order value:

  • Orders below ₹499: ₹70 shipping charges
  • Orders ₹500 - ₹999: ₹20 shipping charges
  • Orders above ₹1000: Free shipping
  • Express Delivery: Additional ₹100 (available for selected pin codes)

Additional Charges

  • Remote Area Surcharge: Additional ₹50-100 for certain remote locations
  • Cash on Delivery: No additional COD charges
  • Gift Wrapping: ₹50 per item (optional service)

All prices are inclusive of GST. Shipping charges are non-refundable for non-defective returns.

3. Order Processing Time

Due to the handmade nature of our crochet products, please allow additional processing time:

Standard Orders

  • Processing Time: 1-3 business days
  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Dispatched within 24 hours
  • Made-to-Order Items: 3-7 business days processing

Custom & Personalized Orders

  • Processing Time: 7-14 business days
  • Timeline Confirmation: Provided at order placement
  • Production Updates: Sent via SMS during the process

Business Days: Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays.

4. Delivery Timeline

Once your order is dispatched, estimated delivery timelines are:

Standard Delivery

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5-7 business days
  • Small Towns & Villages: 7-10 business days

Express Delivery

  • Metro Cities: 2-3 business days
  • Available For: Selected pin codes only
  • Cut-off Time: Orders before 2 PM processed same day

Delivery Requirements

  • Cash payment for COD orders

Failed Delivery

  • Package returned to warehouse after 3 failed attempts
  • Return shipping charges applicable for non-defective returns
