Shipping Information

Goods on this Site are sold by CROCHERI LLP (GSTIN 27AAVFC7089E1ZU). We ship only within India to serviceable 6-digit pin codes. International shipping is not available. Enter your pin code on the product page or at checkout to confirm serviceability. Courier coverage can change; a pin that was serviceable when you browsed may fail at checkout.

Standard shipping is ₹50 on orders below ₹299. Free shipping on orders of ₹299 and above. Free shipping is calculated on the goods subtotal before coupons. If a coupon brings the payable goods below ₹299, shipping of ₹50 still applies.

Product prices on the Site are inclusive of GST. Shipping and optional gift wrap of ₹30 per item are extra line items, also GST-inclusive, and are shown in the payable total before you pay.

We do not add a remote-area surcharge at checkout. We do not offer cash on delivery.

We process orders on Monday to Sunday, excluding notified holidays. Saturday is a working day. Sunday is a working day. Orders placed after 17:00 IST move to the next working day. Handmade goods need handling time; dispatch is not guaranteed the same day.

Once handed to the courier, the date shown in your account is an estimate from the courier, adjusted for our cutoff and non-working days. Weather, festivals, strikes, or courier capacity can change it. Typical domestic transit after dispatch is several working days; remote pins take longer. This is not a delivery SLA.

An order may leave in more than one packet. Track each shipment. Shipping is charged once per order under the slab above.

After dispatch we send tracking updates by SMS to the mobile on the order and, where available, to the account. You can also track in your account. The shipping address is locked when you pay. We may change it before courier booking if you write to support@crocheri.com; we do not promise a change after pickup is booked. You are responsible for a correct pin and a reachable address.

If the courier records loss in transit, we reship or refund the goods at our option. If the parcel is returned because of a wrong address, refused delivery, or failed contact (RTO), we are not obliged to reship free. Festival or force-majeure delays may slip estimates. If we cancel because we cannot supply, we refund amounts you paid — no further compensation.

Goods are handmade in India unless the product page states otherwise. Mandatory pack declarations appear on the product offer as applicable. Pickup originates from pin 401201.
