This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000. It does not require a physical or digital signature. These Terms govern use of https://crocheri.com (the “Site”) operated by CROCHERI LLP (“we”, “us”). The Site may be viewed from outside India; we sell and deliver only in India. Using the Site or paying for an order means you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. English is the controlling language.

Material changes apply to orders placed after we publish them. An order already paid keeps the rules in force at payment.

You must be 18 or older (DPDP treats a person under 18 as a child). By registering or paying you represent that you are 18 or older. We do not verify age beyond mobile OTP. We may close an account we reasonably believe belongs to a minor.

You may browse without an account. To pay, cancel, return, or download invoices you must sign in with mobile OTP on the purchasing account. SMS charges from your operator may apply. Keep OTP and the phone number confidential. We may refuse or suspend access for fraud, abuse, or breach.

CROCHERI LLP is the seller of record (GSTIN 27AAVFC7089E1ZU, maharashtra). Artisans make goods as our suppliers. We are not a marketplace intermediary. Display of a product is an invitation to offer. The contract forms when payment succeeds. Prices and stock can change until you start payment; the payable total on the payment screen is the offer we accept. Complete payment within 30 minutes (checkout session 30 minutes). If the session expires, reserved stock is released.

The payable total is one figure before pay, with goods, shipping, optional gift wrap, and tax as shown. Product prices include GST. One coupon per order; some codes need a logged-in account or apply only to listed items. We may remove a coupon if the cart no longer qualifies. Pre-order labels on a product page do not create a right to check out until the variant is in stock.

If we cancel for no stock, error, or fraud, we refund amounts you paid and nothing further.

We accept prepaid methods processed by Razorpay and PayU (cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets those gateways support). We do not store card numbers. We do not offer cash on delivery. If an amount is debited and no order appears, wait, check Orders, then write to support@crocheri.com with the transaction id. Duplicate successful charges are reversed to the source.

Enter a GSTIN on the billing address before you pay if you need it on the tax invoice. A payment receipt is not a GST tax invoice. The tax invoice is issued after successful payment (typically when packing starts). We issue GST credit notes on eligible refunds. We keep tax records as required by GST law (generally six years).

Shipping, cancel, return, and refund rules are in Shipping Information and Returns & Exchange, which form part of these Terms. You may cancel instantly until we start packing. After packing, cancel is a request and is not guaranteed. After handover to the courier, use return after delivery. Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Goods are handmade. Variation from photos is expected and is not a defect. Mandatory Legal Metrology declarations appear on the product offer as applicable. Goods are made in India unless the product page says otherwise.

Site content, brands, and product designs are ours or our licensors’. Buying an item does not grant pattern, reproduction, or commercial-use rights. We do not post product reviews as if we were customers. We may refuse, edit, or remove reviews.

Bespoke work is only by written arrangement via Contacts. It is not sold in checkout. Unless defective, custom work is not returnable.

Reviews may be submitted only after a qualifying purchase. Photos you upload may be shown with the product. We license that use to operate the Site.

You must not break the law, abuse OTP or payment flows, scrape the Site, introduce malware, or interfere with other users.

Except for remedies that cannot be limited under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (including defective goods, deficiency of service, and product liability), our aggregate liability for other contractual claims arising from an order is limited to ₹1,000 or the amount you paid for that order, whichever is lower. We give no separate warranty beyond the return and defect rules. The Site is provided as available.

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control (including courier disruption, festival peaks, natural events, or government action). If we cannot supply, we refund amounts paid for the unsupplied goods.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction over contractual disputes. Statutory consumer commissions remain available as that Act provides.

We acknowledge a consumer complaint within 48 hours of receipt and aim to redress it within one month, as required by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
